  1. Principal EngineerJan 2025 – Present
    • Technical owner for the UPI PSP + Issuer team; led the PSP team to a 99.98% payment success rate, scaling to 1M+ transactions daily.
    • Launched UPI on credit card, prepaid wallet and UPI on credit line, enabling the issuer platform to process 200K+ transactions/day with proven scalability of 2000+ TPS.
    • Built tenant- and product-level observability for response times, success rates and failures, driving faster root cause analysis.
    • Contributed to the core libraries and frameworks team, standardising development practices and advancing adoption of GraalVM.
  2. Senior Software EngineerJan 2022 – Dec 2024
    • Designed and implemented key features for seamless, compliant credit card transaction processing.
    • Spearheaded the architectural revamp of the legacy transaction flow for performance, scale and new business functionality.
